Weekly Derivatives Report – 4 Jun 2021

Trailing the spot market, the derivatives segments ended the week in green. Nifty50 gained 1.52%, FinNifty added 1.95% and BankNifty, a modest 0.6%.
Among the stock futures, ADANIENT and MUTHOOTFIN and other housing finance companies topped the chart while, AUROPHARMA and M&M were the top losers in the current series.
Highest OI build-up was seen in NAM-INDIA(75.3%) and SAIL(32.25%) whereas AMARAJABAT(41.2%) and BEL(30.7%) were shorted the most.
Positions in COFORGE(-37.1%) and NAVINFLUOR(-30.6%) were covered the most and the ones in GMRINFRA(-34.3%) and ALKEM(-25.3%) were winded out from.
In terms of market-wide position limits, NAVINFLUOR and VOLTAS gained the most while NAM-INDIA and AMARAJABAT were the top losers.
