Daily Equities Report – 2 Aug 2021

Indian Markets ended positively on the first day of the month. Sensex closed at 52950 (+0.58%) and Nifty50 ended at 15885 (+ 0.77%).

In the Sectoral Indices, Nifty Realty ( +4.79%) and Nifty Energy (+1.56%) were the top performers, all the sectoral indices ended in positive.

In the CNX500, BLISSGVS (+17.35%) and PIIND (+12.42%) were the top gainers and AEGISCHEM( – 3.99%) and BALRAMCHIN ( -3.65%) were the top losers.

FPIs sold close to Rs 1540 Crores, while DIIs were net buyers with a number of Rs 1505 Crores.

All in all a good day for the Bulls.
