- Nifty 50 top gainers: Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone (23.57%), Adani Enterprises (19.45%), Power Grid Corporation (8.75%), SBI (7.42%), Bharat Petroleum (7.41%).
- The OPEC+ agreed last week to new voluntary cuts of about 2.2 million barrels per day, led by Saudi Arabia and Russia.

- PCBL board okays buyout of Pune-based Aquapharm Chemicals for ₹3,800 crore.
- Jubilant FoodWorks to acquire the remaining 51.16% of DP Eurasia for €73.36 million via a subsidiary.
