In the week dominated by banking and financial services stocks, Nifty Futures ended at 15222. BANKNIFTY(8%) and FINNIFTY(6.26%) gained good momentum in the first two days, got interrupted for the next two and pulled back strongly on Friday.
Among the stock futures of May series, IBULHSGFIN(18.4%) and INDUSINDBK(14.09%) gained the most. BHARTIARTL(-5.52%) and NMDC(-5.1%) were the top losers.
For the near month series, COALINDIA (31.39%) and BANKBARODA (30.61%) witnessed the highest OI build up whereas CUMMINSIND(46.26%) and LALPATHLAB (35.97%) had the most short build ups in the week.
Positions in PNB(-21.8%) and BEL(-18.15%) were covered the most and traders pulled out of  their positions from NAM-INDIA(-21.6%) and MPHASIS(-22.3%) the most.
In the market-wide position limits, PNB and NAM-INDIA gained the most. GODREJCP and SIEMENS were the top losers.
